About ITEA
We are helping people to get an eagerly sought profession in IT and Digital sphere. In order to do that, we hire highly-qualified teachers, maintain the relevance of training programs and strive to get employment for our students.


The first training center opened in Kiev early in 2014. With help of effective training programs and clear business processes, we became the leader of IT education in 2015. Just two years later, in 2017, we received the Ukrainian People's Reward "Best Education in IT sphere".


Starting from 2016 we have been helping entrepreneurs to open their own training centers. For the first two years, our partners set up a center in Lviv and in 2019 we are going to open branches in Kharkiv and Tashkent.

AUTOMATED BUSINESS

1. Schedule
Classrooms, groups, schedule of classes, assignment of the instructor — everything is put together in the system. It automatically checks teachers' and classrooms' schedule, indicates the duration of classes and the number of "vacant" seats in the classroom. Unprofitable, low, medium as well as high margin courses are shown by different colors.
2. Application pool
All customers information is stored in the application pool. A manager does not have to gather separate information by parts to get in touch with the client and assign him to the right group. After processing, the system shows the course registration, application status, cost and date of beginning of the course.
3. REPORTING
We have developed more than ten types of reporting: by vendors, by instructors, by managers, gross income, operational profitability, marginality, etc. Reports help the manager to optimize the costs and see the dynamics of training center development.
4. ACcESS LEVELS
Each system user has his own access level to information: an employee sees only what he needs for his work. Franchisee can be absolutely calm and not worry about anything as the risk of information leakage is minimized.
5. COURSE MANAGEMENT
There are many indicators within the course which are important enough to take into account and under control. For example, marketing costs, instructor's salary, a cafeteria for students. All of this is easy to monitor and, if necessary, make changes.

TRAINING CENTER + COWorKING
Coworking is a working and studying space on ITEA platform. Apart from rental of workplaces, coworking also conducts different lectures and workshops.

We will help to develop the design project of the facility and will explain in details how to make money out of it.
WHAT DO OUR FRANCHISE SAY
In 2016 I started Franchise co-operation with the Academy. As I received postgraduate education, got a degree in economics and dedicated the rest of my free time to science, the opening of the academy was my dream. Finally, the time has come and when I got this chance, I did not hesitate at all.
